Surface UV Radiation (L2__UV____)

 The TROPOMI UV product includes overpass time UV irradiances at four selected wavelengths, namely 305, 310, 324, and 380 nm, and erythemally and vitamin D weighted UV dose rates. Because the S5P satellite is in an afternoon orbit, slightly away from the daily maximum UV irradiance region around the solar noon, the overpass values are scaled to corresponding solar noon values, In addition, daily accumulated irradiances and daily doses are estimated assuming
that the overpass time cloud field represents the whole day. Finally, clear-sky values assuming no cloud nor aerosol attenuation are provided in separate variables.
