The TROPOMI UV product includes overpass time UV irradiances at four selected wavelengths (305, 310, 324, and 380 nm), as well as erythemally and vitamin D weighted UV dose rates.

Solar Scaling: Because the S5P satellite is in an afternoon orbit, slightly away from the daily maximum UV irradiance region around solar noon, the overpass values are scaled to corresponding solar noon values.
Daily Accumulation: Daily accumulated irradiances and daily doses are estimated assuming that the overpass time cloud field represents the whole day.
Clear-sky Processing: Clear-sky values, assuming no cloud or aerosol attenuation, are provided in separate variables.
